The Compensation Management module is an advanced salary planning tool that allows managers to balance salary increases against budget, while displaying the variance for all pay and earning types. More specifically, the system supports both direct and indirect roll up totals so Department Managers, Compensation and Benefit Specialists and C-level Executives can determine if the company is over or under budget when it comes to employee compensation.
