NuView Systems Expands Globally

NuView Systems, Inc., developer of the award-winning global NuViewHR® / Payroll product suite, announces the launch of its first European sales office, based in Norway. The office will provide sales and support across Europe.

NuView Welcomes New VP of Professional Services

NuView Systems announces that Richard Pummell has taken over the role as Vice President of Professional Services. Richard will oversee the NuView Project Management Team, which provides implementation and professional services to our clients.

Richard brings over 20 years experience in the information services and HR outsourcing industries, with extensive experience working for high-growth organizations. In his new role, Richard will focus on the efficient delivery of our implementation services and help clients realize the full potential of our strategic software tools.

Past work experience includes a position with Ceridian, where he was responsible for initiatives focused on improving the customer experience. This included pioneering an award-winning corporate university, chairing the Customer Advisory Council, and leading various initiatives focused on service and implementation. Previous roles at Ceridian included leading the Hartford and Manhattan offices, where he was responsible for implementation, account management, and technical support. Prior to Ceridian, Richard held various implementation and service roles with Staff Management / SeatonCorp – a leading provider of on-premise staffing solutions.

Richard’s prior experience has demonstrated his ability to build strong teams and deliver exceptional results. He is customer-focused, and believes in creating strong partnerships with customers to identify and achieve their organizational goals.

Richard holds a BA in Management and Organizational Development, and has completed additional training in aspects of HR and change management. Additionally, he has led Six Sigma projects focused on improving customer-facing processes.

NuView Systems Attains SAS 70 Type II Audit

NuView Systems announces it has achieved SAS 70 Type II certification, one of the strictest auditing standards for service companies. The Audit was recently performed by Princeton Audit Group.

Type II certification designates that NuView Systems delivers fully secure, reliable and effective operating environments with the proper controls.

The audit included the following techniques to evaluate the operational effectiveness of NuView’s various controls:

  • Inspection of policies and procedures for adequacy
  • Comparing reconciliations to proper source balances
  • Observation of control procedures performed
  • Examining control policies in operation
  • Interviewing appropriate personnel

NuView Customer Advisory Committee

NuView is currently seeking to create a customer advisory committee of client and NuView staff to provide feedback and input on user conferences, product enhancements, newsletter content, application design, etc.

The committee is not limited to HR representatives and may also include HRIS Analysts, IT and payroll professionals.

Being a member of this committee will allow you to voice your opinion, provide useful feedback & Ideas to help improve our product.

If you or someone you know may be interested in participating, please email contact information to info@nuviewinc.com.

We anticipate starting the group in January.Time commitment is only expected to be 1-2 hours per quarter (web-based meetings), plus limited preparation time before and after meetings.

NuView User Community Creates Positive Momentum for NuViewHR

NuView Systems recently met with the user base to announce the acquisition of Cort Software, share success stories and discuss the overall business impact of NuViewHR®  at the annual user conference.

With NuView management and technology staff onsite, attendees where able to share ideas and suggestions for future system implementation and usage. 

“Our annual user conference enables us to do more than just engage with our user community. It allows us to truly listen to the ‘voice’ of our customers,” said Shafiq Lokhandwala. We thank all attendees for your valuable input and we really enjoyed meeting you.

We intend this place to be a site where we can express the NuView Strategic direction, articulating our position in the new knowledge economy.  We are taking a bold stance by stating that we are key participants in creating meaningful strategic outcomes for companies that do business with us.  We want to hear opinions, impressions and experiences that validate or constructively criticize that premise.  We intend to hear, learn and post feedback that raises awareness on how HR Strategy is being affected for the visitors that frequent this blog.
